Reminders from the Association

Remember Before you Build or Dig!

All new construction has to comply with The Association By-Laws and  be approved by the board.

A permit is required for any new construction.

This includes fencing, driveways, culverts, additions, and  any other modification to your property.

Approval and permits are required for the placement of any new or pre-owned home on any lot .

Contact Harris County Residential Permitting Office for the correct and required permits.

Before you dig, be sure to call 811 so any underground utilities can be marked.

A good portion of the north  and northeastern Five Oaks is in the flood plain. Special permits will be needed for any activity on these lots.

Residents and property owners who do not comply with our deed restrictions or pay their fees are costing all of us.

Thank you for being responsible property owners

We are in need of board members and help with association deed restriction enforcement.

Anyone interested please contact us.

These restrictions are in place to help maintain the neighborhood, keep it safe and protect our property values!

Basket ball goals are not permitted on Harris County streets or easements. They are subject to removal and disposal by the county.

We do have a very nice basket ball goal in the park

We are always looking for dedicated property owners who want to help by volunteering with the board or around the neighborhood . If you might be interested, please let us know!

Thank you

Please help keep

Five Oaks clean!

Don’t litter and let’s take down the yard sale signs when the sale is over!
